Collaborations have dominated the shoe world for years, some good and some…questionable. Regardless, collaboration has greatly impacted the shoe industry. To celebrate the power of teamwork, bellow are some shoe collabs on my Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) list.
Crocs are arguably one of the most divisive shoes on the market today. You either love em’ or you hate em’. With his Carrots x Crocs Collab, Designer Anwar Carrots was able to bridge the gap, delivering a shoe that appeals to lovers of streetwear, bold colors, and comfortable shoes.
Since his reinterpretation of the One Star Tyler, The Creator has worked with Converse to create beautiful expressive shoes. This launch in 2017 lead to the growth of the popular GOLF le FLEUR collection. This particular shoe in the collection combines the iconic Chuck 70 and Tyler’s staple pattern/color palette creating the perfect neutral shoe.
Sneakers and Ice Cream? A match made in heaven. This shoe combines the familiar dunk low silhouette with Ben and Jerry’s branding. The great attention to detail in the texture, colors, and Swoosh is perfect mix of the two collaborators and creates a fun/unique shoe.
